Refund policy

• since our pistachio products are perishable, we can't accept any returns once it's been delivered safely to your door. if anything happens along the way, send us an email, with pictures, at hellopistello@gmail.com and we'll take care of it for you!

• if a package is already shipped and then returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost.

• if you decide to cancel your order before the order is shipped, we’ll refund you for the item/s less the processing fee. we’re not able to refund an order once it’s been shipped.
